Yesterday we filmed Alexey and Vera’s wedding. It was a long day of shooting video–but things turned out great. It was hot and sunny–good for Memorial day weekend, but tough on photo/video. We decided on the University of Washington so that we could hide a bit in the shade, and then hit West Seattle for the views of the Seattle Skyline. When we post the trailer, we’ll show some of the ceremony (I was too busy shooting video pn my camera to take any photos–sigh! I’m in love with my Canon 5D mkII!). And, since I broke my foot last week, I was hobbling around in an air cast, which cut my endurance waaayyy down–good thing we were doing a video-only package. The main photog was Rashid Bekirov, but I picked up a few cute photos along the way![]()
An air cast is actually very comfortable footwear![]()

Even though everyone does it, I love the ‘rings-in-the-bride’s-bouquet’ shot. Maybe it’s ’cause I’m a girl, but I’m not ashamed!

So many friends! So much fun!
We hope to have a trailer up soon, so check back in the next few days. Congratulations to Alexey and Vera!
